The Supra Falcon

Alright, so your probably saying these are some knockoff Louis Vuitton Jaspers. But guess what, you’d be wrong. Sure, there are some very minor design cues but Supra did a damn fine job with this shoe balancing both a plush but at the same time skate ready look. “A radically designed mid top that was created at the junction where fine art, luxury, and contemporary fashion converge” the Supra Falcon comes in three clean colorways (with Caramel being my favorite) and a $187.50 USD price tag (nearly 700 less than a Jasper’s original msrp). While the Jasper is a great looking shoe (IMO of course) theres no denying its ‘softer’ appearance. Get these if you want a pair of versatile kicks that look dope, are comfy, and wont break the bank. Nike Air Max 90 Infrared Vintage 2013 On Feet

The Air Max 90 is one of the most iconic shoes ever from any brand and the infrared colorway is the flagship. The first retro of this colorway dropped nearly 10 years ago in 2003, then again in 2005 for the history of air pack, then again in 2008 and yet again in 2010 (not including the Ostrich and hyperfuse releases). Well, for 2013 they will be back yet again and truer to the original than ever before. The mesh used on the original 1990 release is back along with a pre yellowed midsole (which a lot of people will not like) to give you the feel you’ve been sitting on your pair for 22 years. If you can’t scrub the yellow off like the AJKO then at the very least you should be able to paint over it if it bothers you enough. If you want to scoop these before everyone else make sure and check of them at AFEW.

I grew up on FILA. FILA visors with the sig t shirt and some fresh GH II’s, life was good. While over the years the brand may have become overshadowed by the likes of Nike and Adidas there’s no denying that FILA is still pumping out some classics both in the way of footwear and apparel. One piece that really stands out this season is this retro jacket. Dope lines, nice fit and great color blocking make this one jacket you need to take a look at. Available via FILA.
