In 1999, Vans were viewed as a skate/BMX shoe (even though there was a resurgence in popularity between 1993-1996). No hyped up collaborations, no camp outs, no one to rock one to stock (at least not for most) and no Vans Vault. Take a trip to the calm before the storm above!
